A fall from a second floor window killed a Washington and Lee student Friday night.
19- year- old freshman John "Jack" (BO-DEN) Bowden fell out of a second floor window.
A University spokesman says Bowden had been drinking.
He was alone in the room when he fell... some students passing by the dorm found him.
Bowden was taken to Stonewall Jackson Hospital with head injuries.
He was then flown to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital, where he died.
Bowden was from Connecticut.
