ruled Bramblett IS competent to stand trial.
No one will say what the psychologists talked about, but afterward, the

A man's body was found yesterday at a Roanoke construction site, apparently
the victim of a drug overdose.

The body of 37- year- old Alan Lynn Tarter was discovered at the Peter's
Creek Road extension.
Police say a witness found the body after noticing someone driving a jeep
who was acting suspiciously.
They later found the driver of the jeep. The man told police that he and
Tartar bought some drugs; Tarter went into a coma and apparently died.
The driver dumped the body at the construction site.
So far, no charges have been filed.

The bodies of 15 year old Kristin Lisk and her 12 year old sister were found
yesterday in a river in Hanover County, 40 miles from their home.
They disappeared from Spotsylvania County last Thursday after arriving at
their home on separate school buses.

Volcano is another of Holllywood's formulaic disaster movies and it delivers
non-stop high energy action and some amazing special effects.

Tommy Lee Jones is the director of Los Angeles' Emergency Management office.
It is his responsibility to deal with Earthquakes, mudslides and other
disasters that befall the city of angels.
Nothing has prepared him, however, for rivers of molton lava sweeping down
Wilshire Boulevard.
Ann Heche is a scientist who feeds him information as he tries to minimize
the effects of the disaster.
The movie is very predictable, but digital sound and effective camera work
give the audience a sense of being in the middle of it all.
"Volcano" gets a "C+". The special effects ARE the movie and it does deliver
them.
Acting, character development, and dialogue are apparently considered
unnecessary.

Traffic on U-S 4-60 in Giles County just starting moving again after a
tractor trailer accident brought it to a stand still.
It took police around two hours to extricate the driver from his truck and
he was airlifted to a hospital.
Only one westbound lane is open and police just reopened half a lane
traveling east.
