When Earl Bramblett is tried for capital murder, the jury may also hear about "numerous drug and SEX crimes as well as two additional homicides."
If Bramblett is convicted of killing Teresa and Blaine Hodges and their two daughters, then the jury will hear about the disappearance of two 14-year old girls in 1977. Bramblett was questioned about that years later, but he was never charged.
Bramblett WAS tried and acquitted of molesting a ten-year old girl in 1984.

The Judge dismissed a charge of aggravated sexual battery, because Bramblett had a alibi. Bramblett testified that he was celebrating his 42nd birthday with his sons at Show Biz Pizza at the time the girl said he was molesting her at his silk-screen shop.
Judge Jack Coulter concluded it was "not impossible" that it happened the way she said, but he was troubled by the fact that it took her a month to report it.
"I'm not saying that the defendant has proven his innocence," Coulter said. "I'm saying that the Commonwealth has not proved his guilt."
