18-year old Brandon Wayne Hedrick of Campbell County is charged with capital
murder in the death of 23-year old Lisa Yvonne Crider.
Another 18-year old, Trevor Anthony Jones of Lynchburg, faces a murder
charge.
Police say information they received last week helped them identify Hedrick
and Jones as suspects in Crider's murder.
The two were picked up Saturday afternoon in Lincoln, Nebraska, where Jones
traveled to see a family member.

Today King's attorneys argued that the court should have reversed the
conviction, because police investigators ignored King's request for a lawyer

Judge Samuel Wilson did not rule on the matter today.

Radford claimed the Region C girls tennis title today with an easy victory
over Galax on the Dedmon Center courts.
