The board of Supervisors last night refused to give the school system extra money to finish out the school year, instead supervisors recommend the school board borrow the million dollars it needs from the three-point-two million dollars available in the school construction fund.
That would still leave the school system with more than a million dollars worth of debt to carry over into the next fiscal year.
The school board is expected to vote on this option Thursday night.
