acquitted.
A Roanoke jury deliberated two hours yesterday before returning the NOT
guilty verdict in the case of Michael Wells.
Wells testified Anthony Crutchfield started the fight last December and that
he was just defending himself.
Prosecutors said Wells was jealous because his longtime girlfriend had been
dating Crutchfield.

different drug busts.

In those busts, Wythe County deputies confiscated two vehicles and nearly

The governor says the county's efforts are helping keep drug dealers out of
other parts of the state.

of the fast food chain made a visit to a local high school yesterday.

Thomas made his first million in the restaurant business when he was 35.
He credits his adoptive grandmother who taught him about honesty and
