According to police in Maryland, a young girl was raped... and a woman was beaten.
Authorities suspected Archie William Cooper.
A few hours later, Cooper's estranged wife, her boyfriend, and her boyfriend's roommate were stabbed.
A truck had been stolen, and Cooper was no where to be found.
Police contacted authorities in the Commonwealth, on a hunch he might return to his native Southwestern Virginia.
Early this morning, a trooper spotted the stolen vehicle at the Ironto rest area.
