This week's report to the federal judge overseeing co-education at V-M-I says, "at least four female rats will be assigned to each of eight companies," rather than leave them clustered in one group.
Men and women will wear the same uniforms... except for a uniform skirt authorized for off-duty.
The official haircut illustrated by a photo released today shows close- cropped hair for the first seven weeks, then a more relaxed standard in time for the cadets to go home for Thanksgiving.

The rigors of rat training are so intense that rats sometimes take a nap in their dyke's bed.
That could be a problem when the dyke is a a male cadet, the rat is a woman... expected to get him out of bed in the morning or may go to his room after taps.
The administration recognizes cross gender- dyke may not be suitable, but the Institute says the dyke system will remain unchanged, allowing for dykes of the opposite sex... at least until there are upper-class WOMEN.
