Air Force General Joseph Ralston committed adultry several years ago- but
his nomination is going forward- With the Kelly Flinn case fresh in many
minds some are questioning if their's a double standard. We'll have details.

They've finished looking at the wreckage.
But investigators from the National Transportation Safety Board continue
their search for the cause of Tuesday's fatal plane crash in Montgomery County.
The crash killed Clifford Wells, Tim Sprinkle, and David Smith, all
Air Safety Investigator Robert Pearce confirms that the left wing of the
Cessna 210 separated before the impact, but there were no radio transmissions
that indicated trouble.

A fireworks warehouse blew up today-
killing four people in LaFollette, Tennessee.
Workers were apparently preparing for a big show this weekend.
The blast left fireworks casing and metal scattered about.
The plant supplies fireworks to much of the country.
Authorities don't know what caused the blast.

John Keslo also says McVeigh "lived" the military.

The owner of Crenshaw Electronics and Appliances conceded today that he
regrets having bought out Holdrens last year.
Most of all he says he regrets ever trying to honor Holdren's extended

Some months after the stories aired Crenshaws decided to BUY commercial
time to promote its image.
Fifty thousand dollars worth of advertising aired around Christmas time.
The company never paid for any of it, so W-D-B-J sued to collect.

Crenshaws' lawyer concedes the 30-million dollar suit filed yesterday is
simply a counter- claim in response to W-D-B-J's collection efforts.
More than one dozen volunteers are COUNTING on some major changes to Route
24 in Bedford County.
Since Saturday, this Winnebago has been stationed at Stewartsville
Inside, members of the Chamblissburg Ruritan Club have been counting the
number of cars and trucks that go by.
The Virginia Department of Transportation says the flow of traffic on Route
24 has remained the same in recent years.
But these volunteers believe it's increasing.
They're hoping that high volumes of traffic will force V-DOT to add extra
lanes... or at the very least, widen the road.

Last year concerned residents held a meeting to discuss the situation.
They presented a slide show that demonstrated just how narrow the road is.
But VDOT has refrained from taking action.
In January, News- 7 was first to show you home video of Gil Davis
drinking... and talking to a female client about the possibility of her
disrobeing and posing for Playboy.
By that time, Davis was already on the campaign trail... hoping to snag the
Republican nod for state Attorney General.
One of his political opponents, Ken (STAH-lee) Stolle, was quoted as saying
the tape could be "extremely damaging to Davis."
It seems Stolle is taking matters into his own hands with his latest T- V
