fatal house fire that killed another student.

A grand jury has returned an indictment for arson and murder against 20-year
old Michael Harvey.
He's accused of setting the fire that killed 21-year old Christopher Mirch
of Herndon.
The victim's body was found in an upstairs bedroom at the (Delta Tau-Kie)
Delta Tau Chi fraternity house in February of last year.
Friends of Mirch say they always thought the fire was intentionally set.
