A grand jury has returned an indictment for arson and murder against 20-year old Michael Harvey.
He's accused of setting the fire that killed 21-year old Christopher Mirch of Herndon.
The victim's body was found in an upstairs bedroom at the (Delta Tau-Kie) Delta Tau Chi fraternity house in February of last year.
Friends of Mirch say they always thought the fire was intentionally set.

The Compton Wood Products Factory caught fire shortly after 7 o'clock.

Firefighters managed to put out the blaze and contain the fire to the inside of the building.
Collinsville's fire chief says early warning from an automated alarm system helped firefighters control the blaze in less than a half hour.
