21- year old Christopher Mirch died in February of last year when the Delta Tau Chi fraternity house, on Grove Avenue, caught fire.
His body was found in an upstairs bedroom.
Yesterday, a grand jury returned an indictment against a former Radford University student.
20- year old Michael Harvey is charged with arson and murder.
Authorities haven't released a motive.
Whatever the reason, the victim's fraternity brothers say they've always felt the fire wasn't an accident.

Residents of a Roanoke apartment building ran for cover today when a domestic dispute turned violent.
No one was injured by the gunfire, but one man was taken to the hospital with a stab wound.
