A grand jury has returned an indictment for arson and murder against 20- year- old Michael Harvey.
He's accused of setting the fire that killed 21- year- old Christopher Mirch of Herndon.
The victim's body was found in an upstairs bedroom at the (Delta Tau-Kie) Delta Tau Chi fraternity house in February of last year.
Friends of Mirch say they always thought the fire was intentionally set.

No one was injured by the gunfire, but one man was taken to the hospital with a stab wound.

Roanoke police say the altercation began as a woman was removing furniture from an apartment she shared with a 15- year- old boyfriend.

Later, police say the youth fired four shots at the uncle.
Roanoke police have charged 38- year- old Myron Wiley of Woodbridge with malicious wounding.

Fire probers still don't know what caused last night's fire at a Henry County furniture factory.

By the time firefighters arrived at the Compton Wood Products factory in the northern end of the county, smoke was coming from the building.
Firefighters managed to put out the blaze and contain the fire to the inside of the building.
Collinsville's fire chief says early warning from an automated alarm system helped firefighters control the blaze in less than a half hour.
