The attorneys who had asked jurors to give their client life in prison instead
of a death by injection said Tim Mcveigh visited last night
with his parents.

Some of the parents whose children were killed by the truck bomb
waited outside the courthouse.
Charles Tomlin said he will accept whatever jurors decide but he
hopes they sentence McVeigh to death.

A public defender is currently representing a former Radford University
student accused of setting a fire that killed another student.

20- year old Michael Harvey was arrested this week while undergoing National
Guard training at Fort A- P Hill.
He's accused of setting fire to the Delta Tau Chi fraternity house at
Radford University in February of 1996.
21- year old Christopher Mirch died in the blaze.
For now, Harvey has been appointed a public defender.
But a judge says if he's able to make bond and return to work, where he was
making about 250-dollars a week, he'll have to hire his own attorney.
