Problem was, it wasn't customers doing the hauling at Crenshaw Electronics and Appliances it was the repo-man.

He's outside the Crenshaw's store at Valley View Mall in Roanoke.

Jean, a finance company says Crenshaw owes it more than three- hundred- thousand- dollars.
But it believes a good chunk of that money can be recovered in the form of Crenshaw merchandise that's in this store and one in Lynchburg.

(( It ended up a locksmith held the key to the repossession, because no one from Crenshaw was there to help the interested parties in the store.
All the players were there, from Deustche Financial Services, the company that Crenshaw owes money, to the city Sheriff's office.
The only one missing was a Crenshaw representative, it's Roanoke store was was closed for "inventory".
Eventually, inventory did begin moving out, and quite a bit of it.
Deustche says the refrigerators and other appliances represent more than 100- thousand- dollars worth of money it has loaned Crenshaw.
A Crenshaw representative said "Crenshaw has been in discussions with Deutsche and was trying to work things out. And then, all of the sudden, this ensued."
This unnerved one Crenshaw's customer who called the store for service and the Roanoke Sheriff's department picked up the phone.

Last year it purchased the Holdren's appliance chain, began honoring its extended warranties, then stopped...explaining it only bought Holdren's assets, not its liabilities.
In March it was sued by this station, WDBJ-7, for failure to pay its advertising bills.
Crenshaw then sued WDBJ, claiming our coverage of last year's events hurt its bottom line.

A maiden flight in an experimental plane ended- when the plane crashed in Buchanan County last night.
State police say the pilot, 31 year old James Goodwin of Cedar Bluff was killed when the plane went down in the Short Gap area about 8:30.
Goodwin took off from a private airfield in Buchanan County, and was trying to fly to Tazewell County.
