It's at the more rural rest stops where he feels more vulnerable to robbery
attempts.

They've posted "State Police Parking Only" signs, and they are making more

((It was this confrontation in Ohio last February that propelled the
brothers to the top ranks of the most wanted.... and for months now lawmen
have worried the manhunt would end with the same sort of wild shootout.
Today, however... both Chevie and Cheyne Kehoe are in custody without
incident.
Older brother Chevie surrendered without a fight when he was surprised by ATF
agents at a feed store in Cedar City Utah this afternoon.
...while this amateur video camera caught Cheyne turning himself in to a
Washington state sheriff late yesterday and later reading a statement
blaming his actions on abuse by federal lawmen. Retired minister Ray Barker,
who helped arrange the surrender, guessed that the brothers were just tired of
the chase.

Shortly after the brothers fled the initial confrontation.... Chevie Kehoe

arsenal from their abandoned truck including thousands of rounds of ammo, U.S.
Marshal badges, sniper rifles and body bags. Authorities believe the brothers
were followers of the far right militias and white separatists.
Today Bob Wilburn, Cheyne Kehoe's father-in-law, said the brothers had
been framed.

problem on Franklin Turnpike.
On a five-to two vote, Council authorized the building of a high-speed
expressway looping around Franklin Turnpike.

Meanwhile, Council nixed the idea of a cul-de-sac to stop traffic at the
city limits.
Opposing council members called the resolution weak and said it would cause
problems as traffic on the Turnpike merges from five lanes in the county to

picked up four new cities.
