Law enforcement sources say Hani (HAH'-nee) Abdel Rahim Hussein Al-Sayegh (ahl-sah-YEHR') has agreed to plead guilty to conspiracy charges.
He will also provide authorities with more information about the bombing.
Hani's lawyer says the surrounder is in his client's best interest.
