But today the Southern Baptist Convention said Disney is too gay-friendly.
In Dallas today, the Convention voted overwhelmingly to boycott the Magic
Kingdom and its empire.

Eric Davis was released from John Hopkins Hospital after receiving surgery
for colon cancer. A hospital spokesperson says that Davis was with his family
and looked in good health. Davis is expected to make a full recovery. He's
heading home to California to recuperate.

Back to the diamond. Late this afternoon; William Byrd's Rodney Spradlin
stepped down as the Terriers head coach; just 8 days after winning the school's
first ever baseball state championship.

Spradlin lead the Terriers to the group 2A state championship June 10th in
a 6-3 win over Tabb. It's Byrd's first ever baseball state title. In 5 years as
