The pilot that's been missing since Sunday Morning has been found safe and sound in Saint Augustine, Florida.
David Turner left the Roanoke airport early Sunday morning, but never arrived at his destination of Clearwater, Florida.
Earlier tonight airport officials in Saint Augustine found his plane on the ground there.
Late tonight Turner contacted his wife.
He told her he was unaware anyone was searching for him.

Abortion rights advocates want to keep the law from taking effect July 1st. They're asking for a temporary restraining order until their lawsuit can be heard.

((18-Year old Melissa Drexler pleaded not guilty to murder and child endangerment charges when she appeared in Judge John Richardi's courtroom in Freehold, New Jersey.
Bail was set at 50-thousand dollars---half the amount prosecutors

wanted--and then she was led out of the courtroom. Once bail was met Drexler was allowed to leave in the custody of her parents.

She gave birth to a six pound six ounce baby boy in the bathroom and then returned to the dance. A janitor discovered the body of the newborn in a plastic bag. Before any charges could be filed a determination had to be made whether the baby could have existed on it's own.

The chemical is a colorless gas- used as a fumigant, insecticide and sterilizing agent.

Randall Lee Gilbert of Chatham faces felony charges of statutory burglary, grand larceny, and wearing a mask to conceal his identity.
Martinsville homeowner Les Hussey says he found Gilbert and another man trying to rob him.
One of the would-be burglars fired at Hussey.
Hussey then shot Gilbert in the chest.
Gilbert was released from Martinsville Memorial Hospital Saturday.
After turning himself in today he was released on a 20-thousand dollar bond.
State police are waiting for more information before arresting a second suspect.

Three members of the University of Virginia's football team are in trouble after being charged in two separate events that happened over the weekend.
Defensive back Marcus Bullett and defensive end William Jackson were arrested Sunday and charged with stealing chairs from one of the university's dining halls.
Also, police say linebacker Andre McNeal verbally threatened an off-duty officer after he was told that he would have to pay a fee so his car wouldn't be towed.
