Attorneys for Planned Parenthood this morning asked U.S. District Judge
James Turk to issue a temporary restraining order to keep the statute from
taking effect..
Their main argument is over the part of the law that says a judge MAY let a
girl obtain an abortion without notifying her parents if the judge feels she's
mature enough to make the decision on her own.
They believe that's too vague, that it should read SHALL.
