A Franklin County woman convicted of animal neglect may find herself facing some new charges.

In March, former animal breeder Vallery Green pleaded guilty to animal neglect charges after some 100 dogs and cats were discovered on her property in poor condition.
The judge prohibited her from owning any other pets.
But some new evidence may prove she's violated that court order.

Cliff Hapgood believes Green has been keeping six cats.
