This afternoon Judge Turk ruled there's "substantial likelihood" that Virginia's parental notification law is UNconstitutional-- so he had blocked it from taking effect at midnight.
Planned Parenthood argues the law gives Juvenile and Domestic Relations Judges a lot of leeway if a pregnant teen comes to them to bypass her parents.

The truck exploded in a giant fireball-- injuring four police officers.

Windows of a nearby hotel were blown out by the eruption-- no one in the hotel was hurt.
The driver and passengers of both the truck and train safely made it out of the area.

Seles was the number two seed on the women's side but today she was beaten by unseeded Sandrine Testud of France.
The loss is even more shocking when you consider Seles won the first set 6-love, only to lose the next two 6-4 and 8-6.
Seles has won the Australian, French and US Opens - but never Wimbledon.
A number of other women fared much better including 11th seed Mary Joe Fernandez, 8th seed Arantxa Sanchez Vicario, 9th seed Mary Pierce and third seeded Jana Novotna. On the men's side Pete Sampras, the men's to seed rolled past Byron Black with 6-1, 6-2 and 6-2 victory.
