In his opinion, Judge Jackson Kiser wrote it's possible that the costs may
outweigh the benefits.
But the judge said that "it's not for him to decide the wisdom of

Tina Hamlin was home with her two small children when the fire broke out in

at Tulsa to coach basketball through the year 2004.

he was a player at Fleming, was too much to outlook.
So when Florida State of the ACC came calling he said yes to a five year deal
worth $500 thousand a season to coach the Seminoles.

After appearing in more than 100 films, over five decades-- actor Robert
Mitchum has died.

His screen career lasted so long he appeared in the original Cape Fear-- as
well as the remake.
The brawny, blunt-spoken actor once said he always thought he could do
better.
But he added, "you don't get to do BETTER-- you get to do MORE."
The 79-year-old had lung cancer and emphysema.
He died in his sleep, at home in California.
