After months of making headlines, Virginia's parental notification law is
now officially in the law books.
A federal appeals judge yesterday overruled judge James Turk's temporary
block of the law.
Yesterday afternoon Judge Turk ruled there was "substantial likelihood" that
Virginia's parental notification law was UNconstitutional.
That after Planned Parenthood argued the law gave Juvenile and Domestic
Relations Judges too much if a pregnant teen comes to them to bypass her
parents.
