In Roanoke yesterday, Judge James Turk granted an injunction that blocked the law requiring pregnant teenagers to notify their parents before an abortion.
But last night Judge Michael Luttig of the Fourth U-S Circuit Court of Appeals overturned Judge Turk's ruling.
Opponents of the law say its wording is too vague.
