For the second time, a federal judge has struck down the "don't ask, don't tell" policy toward gays in the military.

But a federal appeals court panel disagreed with the New York judge's reasoning and ordered him to review it.
Under the "don't ask, don't tell" policy, gay soldiers can serve as long as they keep their sexual orientation to themselves and do not engage in homosexual acts.

Consequently, the higher the number of ovulatory cycles a woman has in her lifetime-- the greater her cancer risk.
Since ovulation does not occur during pregnancy, and since birth control pills suppress ovulation, researchers suggests that those with the least risk of developing ovarian cancer are mothers who've had at least three children, and those who've taken the pill over a long period of time.
The hope is the research will lead to a screening method for improved earlier detection of the disease.))
