Charges dismissed for several Virginia Tech football players: Including one
accused of forcing a fellow student to drink heavy amounts of alcohol.
Good Evening, you're watching NEWS-7 Primetime on WEFC.

Judge Ray Grubbs ruled the state did NOT present enough evidence in the
abduction charge against Bradley Baylor.
The Tech football player was accused last July of forcing Todd Pringle to

Pringle was found lying unconsicious on a sidewalk with a blood alcohol
content FOUR times the legal limit.
Baylor denied he forced Pringle to drink, saying Pringle was already drunk
when he wandered into his house.
