To get the "free" report, you have to pay a four-ninety-five handling fee with your credit card, and you WILL be automatically enrolled in the Air Travelers Association, which, if you don't cancel, will cost you fifty dollars a year.
Stempler told us the report is only supposed to reflect the airline's past performance, and not future safty.
