The Tech football player was accused last July of forcing Todd Pringle to drink shots of bourbon or face a beating.
Pringle was found lying unconscious on a sidewalk with a blood alcohol content FOUR times the legal limit.
Baylor denied he forced Pringle to drink, saying Pringle was already drunk when he wandered into his house.
