((It's a murder that's shocked the fashion industry. Now the execution-style killing of designer Gianni Versace has taken a bizarre twist. The prime suspect in the murder is a suspected serial killer.

The 27-year-old is also suspected of killing his former gay lover and three other men in three states. Police found this red pickup truck and a pile of blood stained clothes near the murder scene. It's the same truck Cunanan was believed to have stolen after his last known slaying in New Jersey.

Police say the group stole an 18-year old man's car and then drowned him in a Georgia lake last Friday night.

The Airborne Express DC-8 crashed into a mountainside near Narrows on December 22nd, killing the six crew members aboard.
The pilot was conducting a stall maneuver when the plane went down.
NTSB investigators found that his actions were inappropriate... and that Airborne Express failed to establish an evaluation flight program that "included adequate program guidelines, requirements, and pilot training.

The search for a new baseball coach at William Byrd has come to a close.
Gene Riggs, who came to Byrd five years ago from Bassett and has been an assistant since that time, was given the job yesterday.

Riggs replaces this man, Rodney Spradlin, who led the Terriers to the Group 2A state championship this past season. It was the first state baseball title for Byrd in school history.

The Dallas Cowboys lost one of their top offensive and top defensive players yesterday as tight end Jay Novachek and defensive end Charles Haley announced their retirement.

The players teed off this morning at 8:30 in a shotgun format.
56 golfers are playing in this year's event and that an increase of almost 20 percent from last year.
Marilyn Bussey has the first round lead after shooting a 75 today on her home course.
But the competition is as hot as the weather. Former champ Dot Bolling is just one shot back with a 76.
Blue Hills member Janet Cochran shot a 77 today to grab third place.
And Valeeta Pittman is still within striking distance after posting a 79 today.
Tomorrow the event shifts to Blue Hills before finishing up at Hunting Hills on Thursday.

Every year for the past 18 years patrons of the Mugs Away Saloon in San Clemente, California have greeted the Amtrak train with a rather cheeky salute.
They all gather in front of the bar to moon the train heading for Los Angeles.
This year's crowd included people of all ages and sizes including a grandmother who was preparing for her first mooning.
