Now it appears he's worked out a deal with the prosecutor in Roanoke County.

He thinks Russell Saunders White, Junior actually PLANTED the bomb that killed a two- year old girl.

The woman was uninjured, but Carry Mask was killed and two other people suffered serious burns.

It's a 500 thousand dollar plus venture worked out by town and state agencies and FEMA--the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
It'll give Midway residents the fair market value for their homes and help them move to higher ground.
That's long-awaited news for residents living in the flood zone.

Parker suffered a broken leg.
He's charged with reckless driving.
Crystal Johnson's uncle, Michael Johnson was not injured in the crash.

Tony Stewart won the pole with a lap at over 217 miles an hour.
That's 3 miles an hour faster than outside pole winner Arie Luyendyk, but more than 30 miles an hour faster than quickest NASCAR car lap ever clocked on the track.

No terms were released, but it's likely he will receive rookie salary maximum of $10 point 2 million over three years.
