Now it appears he's worked out a deal with the prosecutor in Roanoke County.
Frank Helvestine (HELL-VUH-STEEN) the Third is expected to plead guilty
Monday to manslaughter and arson.

fuse and some blasting caps in 1975.
He thinks Russell Saunders White, Junior actually PLANTED the bomb that
killed a two- year old girl.

setting off the pipe bomb beneath her car.
The woman was uninjured, but Carry Mask was killed and two other people
suffered serious burns.

suicide just added to the frustration.
In Wisconsin, the Madson family remembered their murdered son.

David Madson was a Minneapolis architect.
Once romantically linked to Cunanan, his body was found by fishermen near a
lake.

No terms were released, but it's likely he will receive rookie salary maximum
of $10 point 2 million over three years.
