A guilty plea is expected from the man who was an alleged accomplice to a murder more than 20 years ago.
Now it appears he's worked out a deal with the prosecutor in Roanoke County.
Frank Helvestine (HELL-VUH-STEEN) the Third is expected to plead guilty Monday to manslaughter and arson.

This "honey" of a movie gets a B+.

It's a 500 thousand dollar plus venture worked out by town and state agencies and FEMA--the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
It'll give Midway residents the fair market value for their homes and help them move to higher ground.
