A guilty plea is expected from the man who was an alleged accomplice to a
murder more than 20 years ago.
Now it appears he's worked out a deal with the prosecutor in Roanoke County.
Frank Helvestine (HELL-VUH-STEEN) the Third is expected to plead guilty
Monday to manslaughter and arson.

Sigmon is one of many residents who've signed up for the Flood Damage
Mitigation Project.
It's a 500 thousand dollar plus venture worked out by town and state
agencies and FEMA--the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
It'll give Midway residents the fair market value for their homes and help
them move to higher ground.
That's long-awaited news for residents living in the flood zone.
