One man is dead after drowning earlier this afternoon in Smith Mountain
Lake.

into the lake at about three o'clock this afternoon.
Police say the incident occurred along the Hardy Ford section of the lake.

There are now reports that a man found severely burned in Grayson County was
decaptitated as well.
Police found the victim's body yesterday morning on the property of Louis
Ceparano in the Clark Hill section of the county.
Police identified the victim as G.P. Johnson.
Authorities arrested Ceperano, charging him with murder. He's being held at
the county jail.
