children.
Authorities say the pickup truck collided with a dump truck pulling a
bulldozer.
It happened in Concord Township-
It appears five of the dead were in the cab of the pickup truck- the other

Three other children were also critically hurt.

investigated by county police- and criminal charges were filed.
The case went to court, but a judge dismissed it.

Now a civil suit has surfaced renewing the claims against Father Kenneth
Stofft.
The Roman Catholic Priest left the church in Roanoke County in May of last
year, tearfully admitting to the congregation that he has an alcohol problem.
Robert A. Stone, the Third says he went to Our Lady of Nazareth for
counseling two years ago, but that Father Stofft was drunk, continued drinking
and that he propositioned Stone during the counseling session.

One of the new priests at Our Lady of Nazareth, Father Rolo Castillo (CAS-
TEA-YO) says as far as he knows the civil suit has not been served on the
church or the Catholic Diocese in Richmond.
Stone is asking for more than one million dollars.
His Richmond lawyer says he's meeting with church officials to try to work
out a settlement.

A Campbell County deputy who's facing peeping Tom charges is now out of a
job.
26-year old Timothy Eric Bradley was arrested July 10th, after neighbors in
his apartment complex complained he'd been peeping into their bedroom window.
Bradley was suspended with pay while an internal investigation was
conducted.
Sheriff Robert Maxey says he fired Bradley yesterday after an administrative
hearing.
Bradley had been employed as a jailer for the past four years.
He faces up to twelve months in jail and a fine if convicted.

father of Autumn Jackson.

Jackson was convicted last week of trying to extort millions from Cosby- in
exchange for not telling the tabloids Cosby is her father.
Cosby's lawyer says the actor had blood drawn for the DNA test- saying it

But Jackson's mother told CNN's Larry King tonight her daughter will not
submit to the test- She said sincee paternity was not an issue in the
extortion trial- it should not be an issue now.
Cosby admitted having a fling with Jackson's mother but claims he is not
