contact between Bottoms' son, Tyler, and April Wade solely based on the fact
that Wade is a lesbian.

The appeals court said NOT just sexual orientation -- should be considered
when deciding what's best for the child.
The case will return to Henrico County for more hearings.

A police source tells the newspaper investigators aren't sure how seriously
to take the claim, because the woman is on heavy medication for high blood
