have also been charged with conspiracy and making false statements.
Columbia H-C-A is the nation's largest chain of for-profit

It's been at the center of a federal probe of medical billing fraud.
Two weeks ago, the government conducted surprise searches at Columbia
hospitals and offices in seven states.
