An evening bike ride proved fatal for an eleven- year- old boy yesterday.
Police say Cornelius Peerman was riding his bike along route 6-40 in
Pittsylvania County, when he was hit head-on by a pick-up truck.
Peerman was dead at the scene.
Troopers are still investigating. No word yet, whether the driver of the
pick-up, Raleigh Andrew Sours, Junior will face charges.

They were all riding in a pickup truck that one official says
practically disintegrated when it collided with a dump truck on a
rural road.

either ran a stop sign or didn't yield the right of way.

The appeals court said NOT just sexual orientation -- should be considered

A Campbell County deputy who's facing peeping Tom charges was fired.
Twenty-six- year- old Timothy Eric Bradley was arrested July tenth, after
neighbors in his apartment complex complained he'd been peeping into their
bedroom window.
Bradley was suspended with pay while an internal investigation was
conducted.
Sheriff Robert Maxey says he fired Bradley Monday after an administrative
hearing.
Bradley had been employed as a jailer for the past four years.
He faces up to twelve months in jail and a fine if convicted.
