ahl-say-YEHR') pleaded innocent in a plot to kill Americans.
He'd been brought to the U-S from Canada in June after reaching a deal with
U-S prosecutors.

what he knew about the truck bombing.
In return, he was indicted on just one count in a separate bomb plot that
was never carried out.

An evening bike ride proved fatal for an eleven- year- old boy.
Police say Cornelius Peerman was riding his bike along route 6-40 in
Pittsylvania County, when he was hit head-on by a pick-up truck.
Peerman was dead at the scene.
Troopers are still investigating. No word yet, whether the driver of the
pick-up will face charges.

contact between Sharon Bottoms' son, Tyler, and April Wade solely based on the

The appeals court said NOT just sexual orientation -- should be considered
when deciding what's best for the child.
The case will return to Henrico County for more hearings.

The shores of Chincoteague (CHINK'-oh-teeg) were crowded with tourist this
morning for the annual wild pony swim.
About 125 ponies swam across a narrow channel to Chincoteague shortly after
7:30.
Tomorrow, the foals will be auctioned to raise money for the fire
department.
Officials say about 30-thousand tourists converged on the island
for the 72nd annual event.
