Farmers have complained the inheritance tax is a burden and sometimes drives a family out of the business.

But, some area farmers fear it's too little too late.

The camera recording this chase is on the dash of a Des Moines police deputy's car-- tailing the suspects.

Both the driver and his passenger-- a 30-year-old woman, were killed.
