The Justice department says the Columbia/H-C-A Healthcare executives have used illegal means to increase company profits.

In the latest News 7/Mason-Dixon poll, Democrat L.F. Payne and Republican John Hager are duking it out within the margin of error in the lieutenant governor's race.
Payne holds steady at 36 percent support.
Hager's shown a steady climb to 34 percent.
THIRTY percent are still undecided.
In the race for Attorney General, Republican Mark Earley's ahead of 19-93 candidate Bill Dolan.
Earley checks in with 33- percent support.
Dolan is up to 29- percent.
And 38- percent of voters say they're undecided in the race.
