The driver, Anthony Zook then fled the scene. Police arrested him later and charged him with hit and run and reckless driving.

The N-double-A-C-P and the justice department are investigating what could be a racially motivated murder.
Two white men have been arrested in the decapitation and burning of a black man in Grayson County.
Forty two- year- old Louis Ceparano and thirty seven- year- old Emmitt Cressell Jr. are charged with first-degree murder and are being held without bond.
Ceparano and Cressell are accused of killing 40-year-old Garnett Johnson at Ceparano's home in Elk Creek last Friday.
Officials say at this point, they haven't classified the slaying as a hate crime.
