This is the scene in Miami this afternoon- A D-C eight cargo plane crashes
into a ball of flames.

The jet had just taken off from Miami International Airport when it
skidded across a highway and slammed into a building.
It was a Fine Air Jet with at least three people aboard- on its way to
the Domincan Republic.

better working conditions.
Six local pilots are joining teamsters local union 171 today to side with
them during their strike against U-P-S.
Crossroads Mall is trying to return to normal, after yesterday's evacuation
of shoppers and mall employees.
Today mall management is urging customers to come back.
The mall reopened this morning to lighter than normal traffic.
24 hours ago emergency crews were treating people who complained of getting
some kind of sickness.
But fire and Hazardous Materials personnel could not find what was causing
the problem, so they let Crossroads get back to business.

Roanoke's Fire and E-M-S department says the Crossroads case is closed,

Advance Auto Parts officially jump-started its campaign for the Juvenile
Diabetes Foundation today.

When it comes to cloning, move over Dolly the sheep... Meet "Gene," a
six-month old cloned calf.
A Wisconsin group of researchers introduced the black Holstein bull to the
world today-- as a result of cloning a stem cell from a 30-day old calf fetus.
ABS Global researchers say through this process it's now possible to
make an unlimited number of cells, freeze them for any amount of time, then
thaw them and create identical animals.
The popular weight loss drug Phen-Fen has taken heat recently.
The Food and Drug Administration announced the combination may be causing
heart and lung problems.
So some people are taking what they believe is the herbal equivalent.
But what exactly is it?

eliminating repeat angioplasties that normally cost 16 thousand dollars apiece.
The study appeared in today's New England Journal of Medicine.
