Stanley says Mr. Davis has been "very nice" NOT to sue Hines before for defamation, but his patience may be running out.
(Keith question: Why has she NOT come forward with this alleged tape before?)

She says she wanted to hear his responses to her complaints to the State Bar before revealing her alleged proof.
In those allegations, she alleges he exposed his boxer shorts to her and made sexual advances, among other things.
The Bar has sent her a letter indicating it is still actively investigating.
