the head and relatives say she has lost her vision in one eye.
Martin stopped her van just down the street from her house last night to
check a flat tire.
Her 7-year-old son Daniel was in the van.
Police say as Martin stepped out of the vehicle, a man came up behind her
and shot her several times in the head, then shot Daniel in the ankle.
Daniel has been treated and released from the hospital.

But an attorney in his firm, Bill Stanley, says he can't vouch for what
Hines may or may NOT have on a videotape, but that her allegations seem
"absolutely ridiculous" and that she's playing the "same opportunistic angle"
she did before.

Stanley says Mr. Davis has been "very nice" NOT to sue Hines before for
defamation, but his patience may be running out.

In those allegations, she alleges he exposed his boxer shorts to her and
made sexual advances, among other things.

the Woods area. Sullivan is currently among the PGA's top 10 in driving
distance. His 320 yard blasts on the par five's and four's at Hanging Rock is
common for chip; but now he's dangerously more accurate and more consistent;
making him a contender for the 25 thousand dollar long drive championship at
season's end.

Sullivan's handled the mental pressure of competing in 20 tour events well.
he's made the cut 7 times for about 25 thousand dollars in winnings. Chips'
always hard on himself and was not satisfied with his two under par 70 in the
