politically oriented materials"-- and he also-- "has the right to wear buttons

he's pleased they got everything they were seeking in the lawsuit.

Lynchburg police got a tip that 20- year- old Rodney Keith Holland was
staying at the Quail Ridge apartment complex.
Friends convinced Holland to surrender without incident when officers
arrived.
Campbell County authorities say Holland and 19- year- old Derek DeWayne
Smith tried to hold up the Foster Fuels store on Route 29 over the weekend.
One store clerk was shot in the head, another assaulted during the incident.
The clerk who was shot.. 28- year- old Matthew Longerbeam.. is expected to
recover.
