A fire in Smyth county- is spewing toxic fumes into the air.
People within a mile of the Marley Mouldings warehouse are being evacuated- and state police say people who smell smoke in that area- should leave.

The warehouse is on Route 22 in the Atkins Community which is 13 miles west of Wytheville.
The warehouse caught fire at about 6:30- sending a toxic cloud into the air.
The fire is under control and no one's been hurt.
Police are also advising people driving through the area on Route 81 or Route 11- to keep their windows and vents closed.
State Police in Wytheville are handling the problem. If you live in that area and have concerns, you can reach the state police at 1-800 542-8716.
Please do not call that number if you are not in the immediate area of the fire. The cloud poses no threat to people more than a few miles from the scene.

Thomas was captured less than a mile from his sister's home in Monroe.

That call and police dogs led deputies to Thomas.

A California Coroner says that may have contributed to her death.
The preliminary autopsy of 22 year old Heidi Guenther did not rule out an eating disorder-- and it failed to establish the cause of her death.
The Boston Ballet dancer, who was five-foot three, died suddenly June 30th while riding in a car with her family.
Guenther had been told by ballet officials last year to shed some weight. But they say she received a review in January telling her not to get too thin.

The key was this approach shot on 18, that set up the eventual birdie putt for the win.
