Institute in the year 2000 or beyond.

flood of offers of support, including a fully built facility in Texas, make the
dream of a privately- funded "SMI" "very achievable."
Tom Moncure sat on VMI's governing board two decades after he says VMI made
him a man.
And he was the one who quit when it voted 9 to 8 last fall to admit women.
But he has a hard time explaining what's missing.

yesterday killing two state troopers, a judge and a newspaper editor.

truck.

inmates.
They were strip searched and ordered to crawl along the floor, zapped with
stun guns.
And the tape even shows one prisoner being attacked by a dog.
The video was taken by a sheriff's deputy for training purposes.
The allegations of brutality also affect Missouri and Oklahoma, states that
had moved inmates into the Texas prison.

an elderly Lynchburg couple who died within minutes of each other last night.

in the bathroom of their Clayton Avenue home.
She apparently had died of natural causes.
Smith then went next door to ask his neighbor for help, but fell and struck

The neighbor discovered his body this morning.
A medical examiner said Smith had been dead for several hours.
