State police are digging in a trash pit behind the Pulaski Correctional
Unit.
That's the prison headed by David L. Smith.
Three years ago his wife Carol was reported missing and police launched a
massive search for her.
She was never found.
Now according to those familiar with the case, the investigation is back on.

The recall of some 25 million pounds of Hudson Foods ground beef is leaving
some fast-food restaurants with a much smaller menu.
For instance, some Burger King stores are left with only chicken, fish
sandwiches and fries to sell.
