Bramblett suffers from delusions.
It started as a conspiracy by the Hodges, Bramblett believes. Ultimately

Blaine and Teresa Hodges were killed in their own home exactly three years
ago today- -along with their two children, Winter and Anna Hodges.
The house was set ablaze after the four were killed.
In an audio tape- -recorded after the Hodges were killed, Bramblett told a
story about Winter putting on a show for him, "gyrations" he called it.
"What I had suspected for a year," Bramblett says he thought it "was a
setup. Blaine was trying to buy himself out of jail by using his daughter as a
some type of sexual enticement toward me," Bramblett said on tape.
Psychologist Evan Nelson concluded Hodges suffers from a rare delusional
disorder... believing that the Hodges were involved in a conspiracy against
him... that Police planted evidence and tried to frame him... that he figures
he'll eventually be tried on false evidence.... that his own attorneys are part
of the plot to keep him from having his day in court.))

Heavner had been arrested in May on charges of aggravated sexual battery and
