Under Goodlattes bill, taking illegal bets could cost a website operator up to four years in prison.

As the government watches the Web, OMB-Watch is watching the government. The watchdog group found that nearly half the government's official websites collect personal information from their users.
The group says government agencies don't clearly state how that information will be used or protected.
It's calling for a clearly defined policy to protect internet privacy.

Some America Online users gave up their privacy because of an e-mail scam.
They recieved an offical looking note sending them to a web page where they were asked to help update AOL's records... they ended up giving personal data and credit card numbers to a cyber-thief.
The bogus pages is now shut down.

Marcus Parker of Salem had a big first half on this play he takes the handoff from quarterback Al Clark and takes it 48 yards to the Rutgers one yard line.
One play later Ken Oxendine dives over the top from the one yard line and the Hokies took a 7 to nothing lead.
The defense would put some points on the board in the first quarter Cory Bird hits the Rutgers quarterback he fumbles and Carl Bradley recovers in the end zone the Hokies led 14 to nothing.
Then in the second quarter, Clark rolls out and throws the short pass to Marcus Gildersleeve he takes off down the sideline and scores from 81 yards out and the Hokies led 21 to nothing.
Parker broke one for 33 yards then he takes the pitch from Clark and scores from 14 yards out and the Hokies led 28 to 7 at the half.

Tech/59/Rutgers/19/;twice in the first minute and a half Clark running the option he finds the hole and takes it 81 yards down field for the score and Tech beats Rutgers 59 to 19.
