Buffalo Bills defensive end Bruce Smith has been convicted of drunken driving in Virginia Beach.
The former Virginia Tech star was fined 250 dollars and given a 30- day jail sentence.
The judge suspended the jail time, but lifted Smith's driver's license for a year.
Smith was arrested July 27th, after police found him slumped over in his car in Virginia Beach, his hometown.
