Officials in France say a second police toxicology test shows the driver of
Princess Diana's car had an even higher level of blood alcohol than the
initial test indicated.
The second test shows the Henri Paul had nearly four times the legal limit
in France when he crashed in a Paris tunnel Saturday night.
The news comes as Buckingham Palace plans the Princess's funeral.

The homicide has shocked and confused the community.
