Officials in France say a second police toxicology test shows the driver of Princess Diana's car had an even higher level of blood alcohol than the initial test indicated.
The second test shows the Henri Paul had nearly four times the legal limit in France when he crashed in a Paris tunnel Saturday night.
The news comes as Buckingham Palace plans the Princess's funeral.

The homicide has shocked and confused the community.
Leon Scales was a graduate student at Virginia Tech and all district football player in high school.

A Vietnam Airlines jetliner reportedly crashed in Cambodia today killing at least 62 people.
Witnesses say the plane went down in a rice paddy about a half-mile from the runway during a heavy downpour, clipping palm trees and exploding into flames.
The plane was inbound from Ho Chi Minh City, formerly known as Saigon.
Authorities say the wreckage continued to burn an hour after the crash.

Police say Jesus Antonio Tamayo, an on-duty postal worker, shot his ex-wife and her friend when they walked into the post office where he worked.
Tamayo then went outside and turned the gun on himself.

The Center is a new branch of G-W High School.
Such "focus schools" hold classroom instruction on one theme: international relations or business, for example.
One third of Danville students leave school before graduating, but Beyer promises to cut the state drop-out rate in half, if he is elected governor.

City workers at the park said it had been vandalized, but city officials say it might have been broken by contractors renovating the star.
